How easy is it to get holiday blues and wish you were still on a beach? Getting back into training and work can feel so much harder when you’ve been relaxing for a week or two. Remember why you’re doing what you’re doing. If it’s “to be skinny” or “to have loads of money” you’re so much more likely to give up when you come to a set back.
Look at the bigger picture and figure out a deeper goal.
To feel healthy, happy and confident.
To love what you’re doing on a daily basis and provide a better life for yourself and your family.
Take a couple of minutes now to think about a personal goal or goals for yourself. Write it down and put it somewhere you can see every night and every morning. Focus on this and visualise it every night.
These goals are going to make you more determined and keep you motivated in the long run! Remember your ‘why’ when you feel like giving up.
