More to the point, you are your own amazing person and shouldn't aim to become someone else. The goal is to become the best version of yourself. Which is why you need a coaching service that works around you to give you the best progress and sustainable results.
One to one support whenever you need it.
I understand how busy you are so it’s my job to take the confusion and overwhelm away and provide the resources needed for you to love what you see in the mirror. Personal training is a one to one service for a reason - each lovely lady has different goals, abilities, commitments and much more which is why my coaching service is completely tailored to you and your needs, it is not a one size fits all. After all, how many times have you followed a one off plan to not be happy with the results and to have given up before the month is over? 100 rep squat challenges and zero carb diets don’t work for a reason.
I take each potential client through an application process to ensure we are a good fit for each other and once we know we are going to work well together I get started on your plans! Based entirely on you and your goals I design a training plan delivered via an app to ensure it’s as easy as possible to understand. This way we can keep track of your progress each week and if you’re doing any of the sessions on your own I can add notes and demo videos so you feel completely comfortable performing the sessions. If all of your sessions are being done with me in person then I’m there to teach you everything you need to know and make sure you are learning the technique properly and getting the most out of the sessions.
As for nutrition, I will work out your personal calorie and macro targets and we will find the best approach for you. I offer each client an interactive meal planner which takes the stress away from trying to plan meals and makes it easy to ensure you’re on target. I also teach clients to track calories when on the go to avoid feeling out of control when it comes to food choices. If tracking calories isn’t a good option then we work more towards portion control and overall healthy habits towards food. I also provide recipe books which helps massively when planning meals. The more you focus on your own nutrition, the better your knowledge and mindset becomes around it.
I get feedback from all clients during our sessions as well as more in-depth check ins weekly, I want to make sure they are getting the most out of the coaching and that they are enjoying the process too! We celebrate all achievements, no matter how big or small and I want to know about anything my clients are struggling with because I am there to provide the solutions.

You receive the exact same quality, resources and support as the personal training service listed above. The only difference is that you share the sessions with other lovely ladies like yourself. Being in a group is great for motivation, accountability and enjoyment, it also means that the cost is shared so if you don't need that one to one guidance this is a great option for you!
